Our trained technicians will install the ATM in the pre-agreed location at your premises

 TRAINING |
You and your chosen employees will be trained in how to operate your ATM. You will be supplied with a User Manual and Quick Reference Guide to assist you.

 SERVICE & MAINTENANCE |
Our skilled technicians will service your ATM on a call-out and preventative maintenance basis. We never charge for parts or labour and will ensure that your ATM is always up and running and dispensing cash to your customers.

 ATM CLEANING AND SERVICE |
A clean ATM is an attractive ATM! We therefore ensure that your ATM is cleaned and serviced every few months by one of our trained technicians.

 CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE

Our customer call centre will gladly deal with all your queries and concerns. 95% of problems can be resolved telephonically, but we will always send one of our friendly technicians to your site should this be necessary.

 SIGNAGE & MARKETING

We supply the relevant external lightbox ATM signage, posters, A-frame street stands, glass-door decals & other marketing material to proudly promote your new ATM.

 COMMUNICATIONS

We use dual-sim wireless GPRS modems in our ATMs and supply and pay for all your ATM’s communications requirements.

 MONITORING
|
Our technical support team monitors each ATM to ensure maximum uptime and to ensure that your ATM remains connected to Saswitch. We may access each ATM remotely to perform remote diagnostics and assist with issue resolution.

 ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
|
We provide you with monthly reporting on your ATM’s performance.
|
 CONSUMABLES
|
We provide you with free consumables (ie printer paper, lightbulbs) for the duration of your contract with us.
